Prior to setting up PATH Recruitment, Ian spent 15 years building his career up to Director Level within the Plant and Tool Hire industry, and in addition to his many skills, also brings to PATH Recruitment his extensive industry knowledge and network of contacts. The recruitment process within PATH has evolved over the years by striving for excellence, developing and introducing many bespoke internal processes and tools, and by aiming to provide our clients with "what they want when they want it" in a no nonsense, frank approach. Initially, PATH (Plant And Tool Hire) Recruitment concentrated on helping selected companies in the UK within this specialist arena, however, we have expanded to take in overseas vacancies and other related markets such as Construction Plant, which includes Capital Equipment Sales and Capital Equipment Manufacture and Agriculture sectors. |
