The Role of the Plant Service Coordinator:
- Ensure timely delivery of parts by coordinating with the parts department.
- Complete all documentation accurately.
- Provide training and guidance to customer service department staff.
- Supervise engineer locations, ensuring they attend the correct jobs by collaborating with the after-sales and administrative teams.
- Additionally, adhere to an on-call rota system and attend national and international meetings/exhibitions as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will have previously worked as a customer service advisor, hire controller, rental administrator, rental manager, hire coordinator, customer service administrator, service controller or hire administrator. It would be advantageous if you have previous plant hire, tool hire, powered access, builder's merchants, commercial vehicle, agriculture or construction hire or rental experience however, this is not essential.
