We have a new opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and driven Area Sales Representative with a proven sales background to join a National Plant Hire Company with well maintained and mostly new premium equipment that is hired out for reasonable prices! Based from Reading, this is a field based role with flexibility to visit sites within the patch.
The Role of Area Sales Representative
We are searching for a Area Sales Representative who can develop new business, increase revenue and manage an existing client base including lapsed accounts to maximise sales penetration of their territory.
- To gain a clear understanding of customers business and their requirements
- Visit existing client sites and follow up new enquiries.
- Arrange presentations, proposals and negotiations
- Successfully manage your territory to optimise all business opportunities
You may have worked previously as an: Account Manager, Sales Representative, Field Sales Person, Area Sales Manager, Field Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, Major Account Manager, Business Development Manager, BDM or related roles.
You may have also worked in the following industries, Plant Hire, Tool Hire, Tanker Services, Temporary Accommodation, Waste Management, Drainage, Water Treatments, Environmental Waste etc.
