A brand new job opportunity has become available for a Call Centre Advisor to join a busy construction company near Ferndown.
An established and well-recognised hire company that supplies plant, tool and powered access equipment to the building and construction sectors are now looking for an additional call centre advisor to keep up with the demands of the business.
The duties of the call centre advisor;
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
- Deal with customer enquiries over the phone and by email.
- You will be cross hiring, rehing and sourcing equipment from third party supplier
- Processing orders
- Undertake administration duties such as filing, scanning, emailing etc.
You may have already worked in positions such as a call centre operative, customer service advisor, help desk advisor, call centre assistant, telesales, or call centre advisor.
