The Role of the Commercial Fleet Administrator
This is a senior role with full ownership required on managing the day to day of a fleet of commercial vehicles for my client based in the Wellingborough area
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent administration experience gained from an office environment, as well as previous experience of working within a commercial fleet environment of up to 100 vehicles
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all vehicles are compliant with policies and procedures
- Coordinate any investigation of accidents or incidents and follow up to satisfactory completion.
- Support the fleet manager in ensuring that all vehicles/equipment are cleaned and recorded to the required standards
- Cover congestion charges, fuel card processing, short term vehicle hires and insurance claims
- Ensure all vehicle logs are checked and updated accordingly
Experience required for the Commercial Fleet Administrator
- Logical and able to comprehend interaction between information, systems and processes
- Be organised and able to work flexibly
- Have a good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry/market place
- Have strong administration and communication skills with a polite and friendly manner
- Attention to detail
- Good report writing skills
- Ability to take the initiative
