You are a customer service Manager with experience of digital solutions/platforms ideally within the crane hire/construction sector and you are looking for a role in which you can offer innovative digital solutions within a forward-thinking company offering career progression and ongoing training benefits.
In this role you will be using your digital platform expertise and customer service experience to advise and support customers directly with technical issues and provide solutions both internally and externally.
You will also be involved in identifying new business for the company
Who do you need to be?
- Someone who has previously worked within a similar role in the construction/crane hire industry
- Familiar with maintaining and growing a customer contact base
- Able to demonstrate previous experience of managing customer relations

- Have an appointed person qualification and be familiar with crane lift planning
