A brand new job opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy construction company near Castleford.
An established and well-recognised hire company that supplies a range of equipment to the civils and utilities sectors are now looking for an additional customer service representative to keep up with the demands of the business.
The duties of the customer service representative;
- dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
- Deal with customer enquiries over the phone and by email.
- log breakdown calls ensuring the status is correct.
- Liaising with various departments to ensure all SLA's are adhered to.
- Undertake administration duties such as filing, scanning, emailing etc.
- Assist with any other responsibilities within the depot such as collections, cleaning the equipment and racking.
You may have already worked in positions such as a call centre operative, customer service advisor, customer service representative, help desk advisor, call centre assistant, telesales, or call centre advisor.
