Hire Controller - Bournemouth - Up to £26k DOE + excellent benefits!!!
As a Hire Controller, you will work closely with the depot manager assisting in the day to day requirements of a successful plant hire depot based in the Parkstone area of Bournemouth. You will be the focal point of the depot for customers/clients who are seeking rental solutions locally for event hire equipment, accessories and tools. This is a great opportunity to join a successful hire company

Duties of the Hire Controller to include:
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times over the phone and face to face
- Organise all on/off plant hire and paperwork relating to hire and sales
- Maximising targets and sales opportunities
- Maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and fellow team members
- Liaising with other depots to check availability of equipment
- Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing paperwork
- Assist with other general duties as and when required
The Ideal Hire Controller
- Previous experience working within the events hire/tool hire/plant hire or similar hire industry is preferable
- PC literate with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication/customer service skills with a clear/professional telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasks along with a confident and flexible attitude.
- Full UK Driving licence
As a Hire Controller you will need to be motivated and keen to learn the range of equipment.
You will be a positive and confident communicator, who enjoys contributing to a busy team.
The ability to work quickly and accurately, while under pressure would be a great asset for this busy environment.
