You will process orders for construction rental equipment from a small selection of key clients who will be contacting you on a daily basis. You will build effective working relationships that will embrace your customer service, management, and sales skills. This role is based in the Croydon area and must be commutable from Epsom, Leatherhead, Sidcup, Orpington, Bromley, and Mitcham.
- Dealing with customer queries and orders in a professional manner
- General administration duties
- Develop a professional relationship with internal and external clients
- Convert enquiries into order
To be successful in this role you could have previously worked as a customer service representative, customer service advisor, internal sales, sales advisor, sales negotiator, Coordinator / Negotiator, Rental Manager, rental supervisor, Tool Rental Supervisor. Hire Desk Controller, Service controller, Sales Controller, Office manager, construction Administrator, Administrator, Service Administrator, Rental Administrator, Customer Administrator. You may have used Insphire, Syrinx, Point of Rental, MCS, Rentmaster or other rental software’s. You must hold a full UK driving license.

- Salary up to £32,000 DOE
- 28 days holiday - including bank holidays
