Hire Desk Coordinator - Based Nr Hitchin
Please note you must come from a Tool Hire or Plant hire background to be considered for this role as knowledge of construction plant equipment is essential

The Role
You will process orders for rental equipment from a selection of key clients who will be contacting you on a regular basis. You will build effective working relationships that will embrace your customer service and sales skills.
Responsibilities of the Hire Desk Coordinator
- Dealing with customer queries and orders relating to plant, fleet and tool
- Converting enquiries into orders
- Hire and off hire of equipment
- General administration duties including general queries relating to invoicing
- Ability to develop professional relationships with internal and external clients
- Excellent team player
Experience of the Hire Desk Coordinator
- Plant hire industry experience essential
- Insphire/Jaama Key 2/Syrinx/Point of Rental or similar rental software
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
