A brand new opportunity has become available for an Office Manager to join a team who work seamlessly together in a diligent and effective manner, whilst working under pressure in a reactive working environment, providing a 1st class service to the regional and nations service team and clients.
The Role of the Office Manager
You will be solely responsible for a small team of 6 employees, with realistic plans to increase the size of this. Ensure smooth communication between the Engineering Director and Supervisor regarding each stage forecasting, completion dates and testing for products to meet health and safety legislation for safe use of operators (for global use).
This role will also require for you to accurately complete and maintain all paperwork for projects within the design office including technical documentation, risk assessments and surveys.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven team leader or customer service management background within a similar role.
Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
Liaise with the management team as well as the Director and Supervisor
Provide support for the field engineers
Ensure all paperwork is filled out correctly and maintained
Manage a small team
Liaise with suppliers maintain quality and compliance
Assist with any queries from the office and subcontractors
Present ideas for improvements in your field of knowledge
