Plant Engineer - salary up to £40,000 with overtime available OTE up to £50k per annum
An exciting opportunity to work within a national hire company based from one of their busiest depots near Croydon. Please note this will be a Mobile and Workshop role.
Responsibilities:
- As the plant engineer, you will have experience of working on plant equipment including diggers, dumpers, excavators, compressors, telehandlers, rollers etc.
- To maintain all machinery in optimum operating condition by servicing, diagnosing and repairing within a busy workshop and out on site
- Ensure a high standard of Health and Safety for both colleagues and customers.
- To maintain Health and Safety to company and HSE regulations.
Do you have the following attributes?
- Previous experience working as a plant fitter, plant technician, plant mechanic, workshop engineer, service engineer or mobile engineer/fitter
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of diesel engines
- NVQ Level 2 in Plant Maintenance or time served
- Ideally a Full UK Driving Licence.
