Responsibilities of the Plant Fitter to include:
- Conduct preventative maintenance to construction plant equipment, powered access equipment and power tools.
- Ensure issues that are solved remain operational with minimum interruption of service as the Plant Fitter.
- Providing solutions to queries from customers on site, consulting with the hire desk where required.
- Always deliver first class customer service as the Plant Fitter.
- Consult with the parts department to ensure your van is always stocked.
As the Plant Fitter it would be advantageous to us if you have worked in positions such as Engineer, Mechanic, Powered Access Fitter, Plant Fitter, Plant Technician, Plant Mechanic, Agricultural Fitter, Agricultural Mechanic, Agricultural Engineer, Agricultural Technician, HGV/LGV Fitter, Mobile Plant Fitter, Workshop Plant Fitter, Service Fitter, Service Engineer, Service Technician, PAT Tester or anything similar.
