A brand new job opportunity has become available for a Senior Administrator to join a busy hire depot near Wyboston, where you will create a professional and welcoming environment to customers and colleagues on site.
An established and well-recognised hire company that supplies plant, tool and powered access equipment to the building and construction sectors are now looking for Senior Administrator to support the reception desk and assist with any other administration tasks.
The duties of the Senior Administrator:
- Work front of house, dealing with the switchboard, transferring calls, as well as welcoming guest and staff on site.
- Effectively maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and fellow team members.
- Booking of meeting rooms and keeping records of room hire.
- Liaising with various departments to ensure all SLA's are adhered to.
- Undertake administration duties such as filing, scanning, emailing etc.
- Raising orders of software such as COINS and run monthly reports.
You will have previously worked within the construction/plant hire/tool hire/powered access/civil engineering industry. You may have already worked in positions such as a Hire Administrator, Office Administrator, Service Coordinator, Plant Controller, Internal Sales, Senior Administrator, Business Administrator, or Sales Coordinator.
Benefits of the Senior Administrator:
- Salary up to £35,000 DOE
