Job Role as the Senior Service Scheduling Coordinator:

  • As the coordiantor, you will assist in delevoping a scheduling system for service and maintenance
  • Liaise with the delivery team and customers to arrange service and maintenance appointments
  • You will be responsible for the compliance of the company's fleet,.
  • Assisting the team leader with maintaining the records of the system.
  • You will be providing daily VOR reports for all vehicles on contracts
  • You will assist with the breakdowns, and organising the engineer's workload. General administration duties with excellent attention to detail.

To be Successful:

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • You will have previous customer service experience
  • Experience working in the heavy equipment sector is beneficial 


  • Monday to Friday working hours
  • NO weekend work
  • 33 days holiday - Bank Holiday inclusive!

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Administrator, Service Controller, Service Administrator, Service Coordinator, Service Planner, Workshop Controller, Workshop Scheduler, Hire Controller, Hire Coordinator, Hire Administrator, Hire Negotiator, Rental Manager or similar from a Construction / Hire / Rental background (although this is not essential).
