Service Coordinator - Up to £32,000 DOE! An exciting new opportunity has become available to join an established plant hire company near New Addington.
You must have previous experience of working within the plant hire industry to apply for this role!
The Role of the Service Coordinator:
To effectively liaise with the service manager, hire desk and the workshop.
As the service coordinator, you will be dealing with customers regarding machine breakdowns over the phone to determine the best course of action.
You will carry out administrative tasks, ensuring everything is logged correctly and all the paperwork is up to date.
Work directly with other members of the service department to ensure all plant repairs are dealt with in a timely manner.
Liaise with parts suppliers ensuring correct parts are identified, ordered and then allocated when received in stock.
To Be Successful In This Role:
You will have experience working within the plant or HGV/Vehicle industries, assisting the service department or workshop.
You will have experience with database software systems such as Insphire, Syrinx, HireHop, or MCS.
You will have a full UK driving license with own transport.

Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking an additional service coordinator to join their service department who is able to work well under pressure and has the enthusiasm and determination needed to be successful in this position.
