Service Coordinator - Up to £26,000 DOE! An exciting new opportunity has become available to join an nationally recognised company near the Aldershot area.
You must have previous experience coordinating service engineers to apply for this role!
The Role
To effectively liaise with the service manager, service desk and the workshop.
To administrate and co-ordinate all workshop and engineering processes.
As the service coordinator, you will be dealing with customers regarding breakdowns over the phone to determine the best course of action.
You will carry out administrative tasks, ensuring everything is logged correctly and all the paperwork is up to date.
Work directly with other members of the service department to ensure all repairs are dealt with in a timely manner.
Liaise with parts suppliers ensuring correct parts are identified, ordered and then allocated when received in stock.
Responsible for using and updating service programmes on the companies software systems.
To Be Successful In This Role:
You will have previous experience as a workshop controller, service controller, service coordinator or after sales controller.
You will have experience assisting all workshop and engineering processes.
You will have be IT literate.
You will have a full UK driving license with own transport.
