Are you an experienced Service Manager? We are working with a plant and construction based rental company, who are offering an outstanding salary, Bonus scheme, training & more! This Service Manager role will pay £40k - £45k.
Responsibilities of the Service Manager will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the service department including all workshop and field based engineers
- Ensuring engineers are allocated to breakdowns and routine services
- Provide technical support to engineers & customers
- Manage the service process from start to finish
- Maximize workshop utilization to ensure excellent turnaround times
- Manage budgets
