An exciting Service Manager opportunity has become available within a new commercial dealership. This will be commutable from the likes of Woodley, Bracknell, Wokingham and other surrounding towns. Salary up to £45k + bonus!

As the Service Manager, you will have the day-to-day responsibility of running this commercial vehicle business in terms of profit and loss, asset management and mentoring a team of staff. We are particularly keen to speak to any individual with previous working experience in a workshop environment, previous working experience in a managerial role, and someone who is confident. They could manage and develop a customer-orientated and profitable department as their new Service Manager.
Responsibilities for the Service Manager role are but are not limited to:
- You will lead, motivate and inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve depot and individual goals - KPI's etc.
- Service Managers are responsible for cost management, monitoring regulations and statutory regulations ensuring quality and service standards are met.
- Carry out staff appraisals ensuring any personal development goals are met and supported.
- Overall responsibility of ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to.
- Assisting with any additional training as required.
- Continually support the development and achievements of your team.
