Responsibilities of the Trainee Plant Fitter to include:
- Conduct preventative maintenance to construction plant equipment, powered access equipment and power tools.
- Ensure issues that are solved remain operational with minimum interruption of service as the Trainee Plant Fitter.
- Providing solutions to queries from customers on site, consulting with the hire desk where required.
- Always deliver first class customer service as the Trainee Plant Fitter.
- Consult with the parts department to ensure your van is always stocked.
As the Trainee Plant Fitter it would be advantageous (Not essential) to us if you have worked in positions such as Engineer, Mechanic, Powered Access Fitter, Plant Fitter, Plant Technician, Plant Mechanic, Agricultural Fitter, Agricultural Mechanic, Agricultural Engineer, Agricultural Technician, HGV/LGV Fitter, Mobile Plant Fitter, Workshop Plant Fitter, Service Fitter, Service Engineer, Service Technician, PAT Tester or anything similar.
Experience within hydraulics, mechanics and/or electrics (essentail)
