Workshop fitter - based near Mansfield, salary up to £26k DOE! Full Training provided on specialist equipment
Due to continued success and further expansion my client is now looking to employ an additional Workshop fitter for their depot based in the Mansfield area. If you have previous mechanical/hands on skills and are familiar with the use of small tools or plant machinery then this could be a great opportunity for someone looking to improve their skill set with additional training provided on specialist equipment.
The Job Role of a Workshop fitter
- You will carry out servicing and repairs to a range of small tools and specialised equipment
- Occasional delivery and collection of a range of tooling and engineering equipment to construction and utility sites
To Be Successful as a Workshop fitter
- You will have previous experience within the tool hire sector with basic electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical knowledge
- Full clean driving license
- No more than 3 endorsements on your license will be considered for this role.
- Previous experience of carrying out pat testing or "test and run" on small tools would be an advantage
