Workshop Manager 

Looking for the next step in your management career? Work for a reputable specialist equipment rental business offering strong career prospects! The Company requires a character that possesses a strong track record of managing trades throughout a busy workshop or site. You must possess strong communication skills with all levels of staff.  You may be working as a Workshop Manager or Site Manager with a close eye on trades such as electricians, bricklayers, roofers, window fitters & plumbers. 

Duties of the Worksop Manager to include:

  • Scheduling, coordinating & supervising the workshop.
  • Use your analytical skills to assess situations
  • Hold 121's with workshop team
  • Maintain up to date Health & Safety standards within the workshop 
  • Ensure KPI's are in place to enable accurate performance 
  • Create working strategies to ensure operations meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Adapt to changing priorities

To be successful in this role of Workshop Manager, you will have previously worked in roles such as Workshop Manager, Workshop Supervisor, Foreman, team-leader within a Portable Accommodation, Welfare Hire, Modular Building, Portable Toilet, Anti Vandal, Cabin Hire, Portable Cabin background.
