Workshop Manager

You may be working as a Workshop Manager or Site Manager with a close eye on trades such as electricians, bricklayers, roofers, window fitters & plumbers.
Duties of the Worksop Manager to include:
- Scheduling, coordinating & supervising the workshop.
- Use your analytical skills to assess situations
- Hold 121's with workshop team
- Maintain up to date Health & Safety standards within the workshop
- Ensure KPI's are in place to enable accurate performance
- Create working strategies to ensure operations meet and exceed sales targets.
- Adapt to changing priorities
To be successful in this role of Workshop Manager, you will have previously worked in roles such as Workshop Manager, Workshop Supervisor, Foreman, team-leader within a Portable Accommodation, Welfare Hire, Modular Building, Portable Toilet, Anti Vandal, Cabin Hire, Portable Cabin background.
