A Workshop Supervisor opportunity has become available to work within a busy access, plant and tool hire depot based in the Widnes area, managing a team of up to 5 engineers.
This role will be Monday to Friday 8.00am start - 40 hours per week with some Saturdays mornings required on a rota (overtime paid at 1.5 for Saturdays)
Your Responsibilities as the Workshop Supervisor
- As the Workshop Supervisor, you will be required to supervise the engineers, assisting them with the maintenance and repairs of their equipment.
- Distributing the workload, ensuring all equipment breakdowns are responded to promptly and efficiently as the Service Manager.
- All paperwork and records are filled out correctly.
- Dealing with ordering of parts and stock control.
- Assisting with any additional training as required.
