Due to recent expansion of both our internal team and premises we are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Strixton, Northamptonshire.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, whether previously having worked in retail or hospitality
• Computer literate
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Strong administration skills
• Willing to learn and develop new skills
• Ideally telesales background, but not essential
• Access to transport essential due to rural office location (based at Strixton)
