You will be based in the Haydock region and the successful candidate will act as an "on site" account manager.

 

The Role

Dealing with incoming calls from customers nationally, as well as proactively seeking new business opportunities within the hire sector through business development calls and marketing.

  • Dealing with customer queries and orders in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and exceed budgets.
  • General administration duties.
  • Pro-actively promote the Company at all times.
  • Develop a professional relationship with internal and external clients.
  • Assist in converting enquiries into orders and up selling.


To be successful

You will have a proven background within the plant/tool hire or related industries. Customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment is essential for this role.

  • PC literate - MS Office, Email, the Internet, MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear telephone manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • A confident and flexible attitude.
  • Good all round organisation and administration skills.

 

Benefits

£17k - 18k DOE + monthly bonus after 3 month qualifying period (possible OTE £25k package)

 

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm
