This is a thrilling opportunity to join one of the fastest growing construction plant rental companies supplying plant hire, welfare and environmental solutions throughout the UK. This Business is now looking to recruit a customer focused, well organised individual with experience in the civil engineering and plant sectors to assist in maintaining and developing service levels.
Working as a Seniot member of staff you will have full responsibility of helping supervise the depot including Health & Safety regulations, Policies and Procedures. You will supervise the hire desk and key customer accounts whilst ensuring targets are met or exceeded. As this is a key role within the company you will work closely with senior management, promoting the company and actively managing client relationships to develop sales.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills. Previous experience in managing or supervising is essential. Proven track record of leading and developing a team. You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Packages and excellent IT skills. You will have a good telephone manner and be able to work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will be located in either of the following areas;
Dudley, West Bromwich, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Catshill, Bewdley, Kidderminster, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Highly, Hagley, Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull and surrounding areas.
