Lifting Inspection Engineer
This Lifting Inspection Engineer role will assist the team in arranging the repair of equipment including lifting gear, shackles, hoists and overhead cranes. This stable national company are growing so now is perfect timing to join a LEEA recognised company.
You will be working in the field based work where a fully equipped vehicle is supplied.
Duties of the Lifting Inspection Engineer role will include:
• Carry out all repairs and inspections on a range of lifting gear including shackles, winches, hoists and gantries, mainly onsite with some workshop work too mentoring other engineers.
•You will be the customer’s first point of contact for technical support and taking the lead in this area
•You will assist the senior manager to approach new clients to tender for business
•As part of this role, you will be providing quotations and ensuring you are providing outstanding customer service at all times.
To be successful in the role of Lifting Inspection Engineer you will have previous experience in working as a LEEA inspector, Lifting Gear engineer, LOLER inspector. You will ideally hold a LEEA qualification or an NVQ in a similar area and have worked to LOLER & PUWER guidelines.

• £27,000 - £32,000 plus overtime paid a time and a half.
