Mobile Plant Engineer - Typically working across Liverpool, Wigan & Greater Manchester
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a growing national construction plant hire company as a mobile plant engineer. You will have a background in plant hire, tool hire or access/accommodation/ survey hire or lifting.
The Job Role of a mobile plant engineer
You will be required to work as part of the mobile team out on site.
You will be carrying out breakdown repairs along with routine service and maintenance work on a range of construction plant machinery including diggers, dumpers, excavators and rollers.
You will be required to liaise with the parts department along with ensuring all the compliance paperwork is completed accurately.
To Be Successful as a mobile plant engineer
You will have previous experience working as a construction plant fitter, engineer, technician or mechanic with knowledge of manufacturers including JCB, Terex, Volvo, Bomag and CAT.
Ideally, you will hold an NVQ Level 2 in plant maintenance or mechanical engineering.
