Based local to Northwich, this company is a specialist supplier of Transport and Heavy Plant Services who are seeking a hands on and experienced Workshop Foreman to help drive the Workshop. As the Company is one of the fastest growing haulage and plant hire businesses, this would be a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader who are making significant investments!

Salary up to £41,000 p.a DOE.

Responsibilities of the Workshop Foreman:

  • Management of engineers within the workshop
  • Daily fixing of heavy plant, servicing, inspecting and routine maintenance.
  • Diagnosing faults using experience or CANBUS, working on JCB, CAT Kubota. Komatsu, CASE and many more
  • Manage health & safety for the workshop, yard and staff working off-site
  • Ensure that all repairs/inspections and maintenance is completed to a high standard
  • Supporting customers with solutions in a timely and effective manner

To be successful in the role of Workshop Foreman, you will have previously worked in positions such as Workshop Supervisor, Leading Hand, Chargehand, Workshop Supervisor, Mobile Plant Fitter or Service Manager.
