Trade Counter Assistant
This Trade Counter Assistant will assist the manager & existing team in the day to day requirements of a busy construction business.
Our client is open minded as to your background. Strong customer service with a positive attitude whether cross selling a project, giving technical advice (post training) or making the team a brew.
Responsibilities of the Trade Counter Assistant:
General administration duties
Handle sales enquire at the trade counter or by telephone.
Potentially assist in the yard with loading and unloading of vehicles
Process orders to a deadline
Liaise with colleagues to ensure that equipment is available for delivery at designated dates/times
Pro-actively promote the Company at all times
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, amiable person with a flair for customer service and may have worked in positions such as Trade Counter Supervisor, Branch Assistant, Hire Controller, Internal Sales, Hire assistant or Trade Counter Assistant.
