Hire Administrator - Commutable from the Normanton area - £20k - £25k per annum
Working for a market leader of plant hire to the construction and civil engineering sectors, our client is looking for an experienced Hire Administrator to join their team

This will be someone who can provide a high standard of customer service, ability to multitask and be confident whilst on the phone.

Responsibilities of the Hire Administrator

  • Answer customer queries ensuring a high level of customer service is given.
  • Undertake administration duties such as filing, scanning, emailing etc.
  • Manage invoices ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed accurately.
  • Assist the line manager to assist with the smooth running of the business.

To be successful in this role you may have previously worked as a Service Administrator, Service Co-Ordinator, Hire Administrator, Hire Coordinator, Plant Administrator, Hire Controller or Administrator.

Skills

  • Excellent IT skills and be confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated and have strong communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Customer service
