Area Sales Manager

This is a great opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join a recognised company, who are market leaders within the Plant, Tool, Accommodation and Access Hire sectors.

Professional, forward looking business that provides the new Regional Sales Manager - with excellent induction and training plus the opportunity to drive the hire business forward.

Sales management experience is essential with a track record of sales in either Plant Hire, Tool Hire, Access Hire, Accommodation Hire or Non Mechanical plant hire.

The Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager – you will

  • Promote and raise awareness, generate sales and repeat business and build customer relationships across the region.
  • Selling a range of construction equipment hire all target markets.
  • Manage and inspire 2-3 Area Sales Executives
  • Demonstrate technical acumen.

The Ideal Regional Sales Manager:

  • Our client is looking for someone who is result driven with a proven record, professional, vibrant, self-motivated and a desire to succeed.
  • Must have construction equipment hire knowledge.
  • Must have man-management skills and experience.
  • Focused and dedicated to delivering the potential growth and existing relationships of this area.
  • Disciplined to manage their own area and sales team, dynamic, target driven, managing their diary, building and sustaining relationships.
  • Will want to join a market leading company, and develop the sales team.
  • Driving licence.
