PATH Recruitment Ltd (“PATH”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-registered business providing recruitment, talent, employment, and workforce-related services and technology.

We operate recruitment services under the trading name PATH Recruitmentand recruitment technology, talent pooling, matching, and related services under the brand path source.

For data protection purposes, PATH Recruitment Ltd is the Data Controller, unless otherwise stated.

Final hiring or engagement decisions are made by employers, not PATH.

  • Candidate profiles

  • Skills summaries

  • Role-relevant information

This sharing will be limited to opportunities reasonably aligned with your experience, preferences, and expectations.

Depending on the service model, employers may act as:

  • Independent data controllers, or

  • Joint controllers with PATH

Sharing with service providers

We may share data with trusted third-party providers who support our operations, including:

  • Recruitment software and CRM providers

  • Hosting, analytics, and communications services

All processors are contractually required to comply with UK GDPR.

Platform participation and visibility choices

Where applicable, you may be offered options to:

  • Make your profile visible or discoverable to employers

  • Control visibility levels

  • Engage directly through digital tools or platforms

  • Withdraw or adjust participation at any time

Business changes, separation, or sale

Your personal data may be transferred or disclosed if:

  • PATH Recruitment Ltd restructures or reorganises

  • The PATHSOURCE brand becomes a separate legal entity

  • All or part of the business or assets are sold, merged, or acquired

In such cases:

  • Transfers will occur only where legally permitted

  • Records may be deleted, anonymised, or retained in aggregated form
