Responsibilities of the Hire Coordinator:
- Dealing with customer enquiries, processing on/off hires of machinery
- Organising the delivery of equipment to customers
- Processing invoices
- Ensuring equipment is available to be hired to customers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- General Administration - Keeping the system updated
The Hire Coordinator will have worked as a Hire Controller, Hire Desk Controller, Hire Administrator, Hire and Sales Negotiator, Hire Coordinator, Rental Controller, Rental Coordinator, Rental Manager or similar to be considered.
