Plant Foreman – Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus (£2,000 approx.)

Responsibilities of the Plant Foreman:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of workshop engineers.
- Remain hands-on carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on plant machinery including diggers, dumpers, telehandlers, and other equipment.
- Ensure workshop performance, efficiency, and safety standards are maintained.
- Work closely with management to deliver excellent service and minimise downtime of equipment.
About You:
- Proven background as a Plant Foreman, Workshop Supervisor, or Senior Engineer within the plant or tool hire industry
- Strong knowledge of servicing and maintaining plant machinery or small tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team while staying hands-on.
