About the Role
As Yard Supervisor - Plant & Tool Hire, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of a busy, fast-moving plant yard in the Croydon / South London area. You'll lead a team of yard staff, ensure equipment is ready for dispatch, and uphold exceptional safety and housekeeping standards. A typical day might involve coordinating staff workloads, inspecting outgoing plant, managing digital order records, and ensuring all attachments and accessories are correctly paired with machines before delivery.

About You
