The duties of the Office Administrator include:

  • Raising purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Working along site the accounts team.
  • Setting up of invoices for contracts
  • Making sure the CRM system is kept up to date.
  • To be the focal point for new/existing customers and answering any telephone calls.
  • Undertake administration duties such as filing, scanning, emailing etc.

To be successful as the Office Administrator you may have already worked in positions such as an Administrator, Vehicle Administrator, Office Administrator, Service Coordinator, Plant Controller, Internal Sales, Administrator, Training coordinator, Training Administrator Telesales or Sales Coordinator.
