Your Responsibilities as the Workshop Manager:
As the workshop manager, you will be required to supervise the engineers, assisting them with the maintenance and repairs of their equipment
You will be distributing the workload, ensuring all equipment and breakdowns are responded to promptly and efficiently
Make sure all paperwork and records are filled out correctly
You will be dealing with ordering of parts and stock control
Assisting with any additional training as required

To be successful as the workshop manager you will need to have previous experience as a plant maintenance engineer ideally with a level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification.
