 This Workshop Plant Fitter role is an extremely reactive position where you will support the company's needs in the day to day requirements of service, maintenance and repair of a range of construction equipment, this may include small diggers, dumpers, bowsers, generators, small tools, forklifts, telehandlers etc.

Responsibilities of the Workshop Plant Fitter to include:

• Carrying out preventative maintenance to the company's construction equipment in a workshop environment
• Quickly and effectively diagnose faults on equipment to ensure minimal downtime for your client.
• Providing solutions and liaising with the hire desk where required.
• Assisting the team within the workshop to complete tasks

It would be ideal for you to have previously worked in positions such as Engineer, Mechanic, Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Fitter, Workshop Plant Fitter, Service Fitter, Service Engineer or Service Technician. Potentially we can look at trainee engineers.

You may have previously worked within the following sectors; plant hire, construction plant, civils, demolition, quarry, construction builds or agricultural plant
